Ponyo: good, because she help Sousuke mother's name Lisa to active the generator,can do magic because she have the power to change the thing become bigger like she help Sousuke to find his Lisa. Ponyo use his power to change the both to become bigger, so they can find Lisa in the end
Lisa: good, because she want to take care of ponyo and take care the grandmother's
Fujimoto: bad and evil, because he want to teke over the planet
Gran Mamare: good, because she safe the planet from his husband fujimoto
